Just to add on the solutions support has provided so far is to repair the Solarwinds platform, and executing some scripts in database manager

Hi @"scosta" , When i raised a ticket to Support, its the same like yours, support didnt resolved the issue, only when we did an upgrade to Solarwinds, then the error is gone from the screen. So not sure what cause the error. I could be wrong but it maybe related to database issue

i edit the passwords individually under the edit properties, fyi, i know i can do it via manage snmpv3 credentials option, issue is as the username are the same for some other agency, i do not know if i will be changing the correct agency and devices
