Seems like the couple of servers that wouldn't let me install on just needed reboots. 1 is a DC and I am still waiting for a maint window to reboot it. Thank you everyone for your help.

the last part was a joke. I am having problems with the uninstall, just not with MY SO. That tool worked great for my 2008R2 server, but I have 4 other just 2008 servers that it wont uninstall the agent.

If you want to see all MACs that begin with 00:, then search for 00:* Unfortunately, i agree with you that the search results leave something to be desired. I had the exact same problem after running all my upgrades. Support said i need to go to all my Layer 3 devices and turn on Layer 3 polling. I have attached a screenshot on what i "turned on"

Great instructions!! I have one question I can't seem to find the answer to, is anyone changing either the caller-id or the display number with SIPCLI? We are a Cisco Call Manager 11 shop and i cant seem to find how to change the number/extension the call comes from.
