Hi mfrieden, i can totally agree with that. We are Customer since Last Summer, with Support. And we had open our first Ticket in January, and its still open. Feels bit pitty and thats not my udnerstanding from Customer Support. What ever, we won't expanse the Support Contract, its waste of Money. Cheers
