Issue has been resolved after enabling Force-enable multi-subnet failover option configuration wizard

yup ports are open, we are currently on 2025.1.1. Microsoft Identity Verification Root Certificate Authority 2020 was missing on all servers. We have installed the certificates are will reattempt the upgrade on coming Monday. Hope all goes well
