The mentioned service account is not used for polling any devices. By the name of the account (Solarwinds_AD), it seems to be related to Solarwinds This account is present in our AD, but we are not sure where it is exactly being used in Solarwinds. Hi cscoengineer, This is exactly what we are looking for. However, in the output I can see the downtime duration is incorrect. For some of the nodes, alerts are active from last 2 days, but in the report the duration is showing as last 11 days. Can you please help.

Hi, Thanks for you reply. Yes, I have enabled the email notification. But I am looking for an email/alert notification for a specific device so that we can convert it to an incident and our network team will investigate the issue further.

I am observing this issue with overall map as well as objects inside the map and this is an intermittent issue. Is there any permission that has to be granted or any settings needs to be enabled before creating the maps.

We have already included Object Details Views while creating the custom property. Also, we are not seeing the assigned values for this newly created property in manage nodes page.
