Hi Superfly, you are absolutely right I check out one of the Firewall Ping application is not allowed so I put the change for that Policy my Network Gear is adding now but once it's added the Node got down because the Ping traffic was denied third no proper SNMP configuration on the switches thanks for the reply!! 😉
