Any updates? WHD is pretty much unusable in the state that is it in after the 2026.2.1 'fix.' When a tech attempts to reply to a ticket, the reply creates a new ticket and never gets sent to the client.

Any idea when the next hotfix will be released? Our current situation is every time we try to reply to a ticket, a new ticket is created rather than the reply being added to the original ticket.
