I am just happy I got them all correct this month and spent all my points getting a couple of those hoodies.....they are great! lol

Yeah I have heard of that ratio...just never the actual name. Interesting really when it applies to IT or just about anything.

Finally a mission in my wheelhouse LOL It's all about Customer Service when dealing with Support!

Getting this when clicking on hint for March 25.

I am bummed I started late and missed the first week. 

I have had plenty that I can't recall right now but there is this one case I got where the end user reported that a duck was on her computer monitor. 1st level support checked her machine out (remotely) and didn't find malware or an app that could be causing this behavior. They send me the case to have me check it out…

I am so happy to have gotten that last one correct after seeing these responses! As soon as I saw a video I thought I was doomed.... probably at about 40% or less hearing so audio is hard for me so I listened to the video about half a dozen times, Googled and went through the attached material....

LocalSpeedVault was spelled LocalSpeedValut in the multiple choice list - I didn't select it but selected all the other applicable options since it was not spelled correctly.....mission ruined.

I tried entering the phrase but it would't let me.

I totally missed the Survey lol haha oops

I perused the comments but didn't see the answer. How can I access the content of the Jan Mission later if I wanted to save or read again? Some great info. I never heard of the Pareto Principle.

I hate when I answer 1...only one wrong the entire month. Fortunately I got them all right this time!

I had to binge answer all the questions. I get so wrapped up in things that I forget about these monthly missions and when I do finally remember I am like doing three weeks at a time Anyone else do that?
