crickets. So very say. This product is clearly not a concern of theirs. At nearly $400 it should be, especially given there are free sys loggers that are so much better than this.

Ridiculous you even have to ask this. It's been a request for over a year. A request to expand a column to display a log, in a not cheap sys LOGGER. You cannot make this stuff up!!

Did you do a packet capture to see if it was getting to the syslog machine on UDP 514? Likely a firewall config issue but I'm surprised nobody has piped up to mention that.

Yeah it's unbelievable the dev got this to production. Says very little for this company. I loved their legacy products, but this is just garbage. Likely will not purchase NG.

I'm utterly shocked this has been a request for over a year and hasn't been done. This is one of the worst UIs and largest waste of space I've seen in a sys logger in a long time. You literally cannot even see the log data unless you hover over it or you remove all other fields. Really considering not purchasing this given…
