HI Stuart, thanks for the response. I think I have found my "Issue", I believe when the alert was setup, the reset action was configured to use the variable "AlertTriggerTime", so was giving me the wrong impression that that the alert was resolving agt the same time it was happening. Do you know if Solarwinds has a Reset…
