This is a great question. Is there a way to add a more powerful "Search for Nodes"? For example, something that you can use like dropdowns or check boxes to filter a search by custom properties. Like device type, function, location. Does anybody know of a way to do this? Thank you

There was a view limitation enabled. Thank you.
-
That worked. I tried that the first time but possibly did it wrong. Tried again and everything is working again. Thank you
-
There are no filters set up. I tried restarting iis on the server.
-
Thank you..
-
Makes you wonder what thwack is for if the standard answer is open a support case.
-
Im sorry, I miss-read the question.
-
@Robert Browning Your response was actually more helpful then the long complaining story above. How is that the correct answer?
-
We appear to be well under the license limits on all applications. I thought the same and waited but it has now been over a week. Im still looking. Thank you.

I am having the same problem. Where and what is the name of the Topology Resource file download? I know you said Thwack but where in Thwack? Thank you

Current Top 10 is allowed in user accounts. Specific view does not have a filter as far as I can tell. Thanks
-
Yes I can see stats and charts when I log in to system manager on the server and click on Charts I can open the Top ten charts and see that they are updating. I only see what I posted before when clicking on Top 10 from web console. (Disregard the part that says "Top 5" I changed it back to say top 10)

Why can't people just answer the question. Sure you can build a custom poller but that wasn't the question.
-
This happened to me again yesterday. I logged into SW server. Open command prompt and type iisreset That fixed it.
-
Why not just answer the question? It wasn't a custom poller question.

Try Orion Report Writer. On Solarwinds Server: Start, Programs, Solarwinds Orion, Alerting Reporting Mapping, Open Report Writer (if the shortcut is missing, go to ProgramFiles folder, then Solarwinds\Orion\OrionReportWriter.exe) In report writer click on New Scroll down and select VOIP Call Detail and press OK This should…

Hi, Please follow this link: CDR data retention settings
-
CDR data retention is not configurable through the web console. Check the Solarwinds database in the table VoipConfig. Once in that table look for CdrDataRetentionDays The defaultvalue is 30 days. Change the Value column to whatever you need. You probably want to double check this information as well. I go to Start,…

Support is not lackluster.. it is horrible.. average phone wait times 30 minutes to over an hour. Over the last year this support has gotten so bad that we need to find another solution. It has been unacceptable for almost a year now..Apologies don't work anymore.. Solarwinds has gotten too big.. now they do not care about…

I know this is an old post.. but what is the "GoTo"?
-
Hi, Try checking to see if your sftp service is running that handles your cdr imports.

Thank you for your answers. This is what I came up with. Created a custom properties. Disk size Server In custom properties (Volumes) i typed small, medium, large under the Disk Size property In custom properties (Nodes) I typed the type of server this applied to in my Server property. (ie "Accounting Servers") (I created…

While in the Network Sonar Discovery page. Look for the tab called Discovery Ignore List. Open that and check to see if they are listed there. If they are then remove them. "The re-install didnt work for me."

Has nothing to do with the amount of devices you are monitoring, only the amount of paper licenses.. agree this is bs.. We are in the process of changing to a different monitoring tool with better capabilities.. this is a cheap trick to get more money. No need to talk to a car salesman if you cant explain in writing.
