We just started using LogMeIn to provide remote support to our users. Or let me say, our IT staff does this. 

With my current client, this is showing how needed this feature is. We have to use a variety of credentials but where we are suffering the most is physical sql servers. We want to use SNMP to get the topology but need to use WMI to get windows mount points and disk queue lengths. Bump this one up!

Netbrain is incredible. It does the mapping stuff but the way you can use the map to then zoom in and edit on a specific device or interface from the diagram, that is great stuff.

How about on a per netflow source interface? Or all of the options!

I explain to all my customers that since Orion is based on a polling interval, using SNMP traps is one way to make monitoring more real time. If you use the advanced alert manager and carefully craft your interface alerts, you will not have to do anything to have new interfaces be evaluated by the alert.
