As an update, tech support solved our problem today (case number 66668). We replaced our existing "ConfigMgmtEngine8.dll" file with a new one they provided us with. Thank you all for your input and assistance.

I have support case 66668 open currently. Should I open another case to try and get/test the fix you mentioned?

Thank you arielik and SteveSW everything is working perfect now. Using info from both posts I reconfigured the reset trigger so the alert would reset correctly then I changed the trigger status to "Custom Node Pollers\Status" now the message displays perfectly. This is awesome, it works perfect, thank you! We manage over 75 SecureStack stacks, mostly C3s. We have been using other, unreliable, utilities for configuration change reporting. With this we can handle it all in NCM.

After working off and on with Tech Support for a couple weeks this was their latest response: "this looks to be something that Cirrus is going in the way the job runs. I don't know that there is a way to change or stop it."
