Thanks @"KMSigma.SWI" for your input 1.yes we have users load in our environment and IIS process consumes around 1500mb-2000mb of memory utilization. 2. Can you please elaborate on the sql not backing up the platform.If there are any workarounds to verify these.

Thanks Vinay for your input We found that there are some heavy perfstacks in our environment which we need to cleanup. we will try cleaning up those perfstacks.
