Deleting 2 duplicate lines from the file fixed the problem for me. No service restarts needed - refreshed the web page, and it came up fine. W2K8 R2 NPM 10.1.2 NCM 6.1 Latest hotfixes.

Ideally, we'd like to pick our palette. If that's too hard, then programmers could choose based on color theory. Google Maureen Stone color choice for what appears to be a good reference on color choices for graphs.
