Thanks for the help. The issue is resolved. The AdminGuide.url was being held by cidaemon.exe. Once I stopped that, the file disappeared and the configuration went fine. All is good now. The Process Explorer is a nice tool. It was exactly what I needed. I will recommend it to our IT group. Thanks again! Russ

Fixed it. If this is your problem, here is how I fixed it. I created a new user on the system with a bash shell in the profile. It did take some extensive permission granting to get it working properly. The user is only for the script, and nothing else. Take this, Brother, May it serve you well.
