Hi Curtisi, I also changed our LEM host IP and modify the spop.conf to reflect the new host IP. But nodes are still showing "disconnected". We can ping and telnet 37890, 37891, 37892 from client computers and main dashboard events showing "No Data Available." What do you think the issue?

Thanks for the suggestion however we have limited access on Linux shell of our LEM appliance (6.1.0) only Solarwinds support can perform SSH. I would not raise this question if I could be able to do that because all other systems running in our production environment aside from LEM already comply with that PCI-DSS…

How stable is your LEM agent connection to appliance? There might be some network issues.
