I was able to resolve my problem by right clicking on the map in orion map maker , selecting properties and there are two options there one for adjusting the zoom level and the other one to adjust the MAP status on the Parent map. Hi, I managed to fix it, Apparently when you configured where you want your UnDP to appear on your web display, it automatically puts an entry in your resource column in web views. So to remove them i went into Manage views and deleted all the entries. Many thanks for your contribution Borgan

thanks bshopp, The sysUptime for the device is constantly on 0, so everytime orion polls it which in our case is 60secs, orion thinks the machine has rebooted and fires out an alert which is exactly what its suppose to do. I will check with konica Minolta to see if they have a fix

Hi Borgan, Thanks for your quick reply. They are already configured as auto-hide resources but i am not sure if that should make a difference because these UnDPs no longer exist on the system (Deleted them). For some reason they seem to have been cached

Hi thanks for your response. 1) We are using basic alert (2) The alerts are triggered as i can see the node as down in system and also when i send a test alert , i recieve an alert, but when a node or interface goes down , orion doesn't send the email or write to a file

I tried what Kweise suggested, restarting all orion services in orion service manager and that seem to fix it. It took about half an hour for it to start collecting data. Try that ,it might fix the problem for you as well

Thanks for your response.I restarted all of the orion services as you suggested but that didn't fix it. I have a window later in the day to install the service pack so that would be a good time to reboot.Fingers crossed that should fix it. I will keep you posted
