In IPAM only your ip are maintainded in CSV format you may export it from your previous version and import the same on the new IPAM as manual importing is supported, But I would suggested to add DHCP server for more easy and better appoach.

If you are concerned about solarwinds webconsole account i can help it is plain and simple you may RDP to solarwinds Main poling engine server open the database manager and find accounts there you will find your no of accounts created you may select admin account row and delete it after that you may run the configuration…
