Dan, I hate to break it to you but i believe the "Row ID"'s are different from device to device. It may be they are just different from Device type to device type, but i have a 3825 and a 3845 both running the exact same config on the CoS policy, and they have different Row ID's for the classes and do not match up. Never thought about it but i might have to try that, its usually just me and one other network tech using the product and we pull reports if people want to see particulars but no one other than us actually use the tools to monitor. Think im gonna try that tomorrow, thanks for the idea

Go to the Universal Device Poller, under "All Defined Pollers" on the left, right click on the poller you created and make sure "Enable Poller" is selected. Then, right click again and choose "Web Display" and set the settings as follows: Click Finish and check again
