Why is this still not addressed? The last few years it has gotten terrible and barely identifies anything anymore. It can't even keep up with modern technology such as newer Avaya phones or Cisco AP's... Does Solarwinds not have a way to pull a mac DB from a mac look up site or where they get their data from?

I use it for their wireless Bridges and have no issues. I am able to monitor the basics along with interfaces.

I had a similar issue with some of our leafs not listing the interfaces when I did a "list resources". The work around for me is how I did the discovery process for the leafs as I typically just manually added the node from the main menu.
