You do have transmit errors but no critical status. Here's where the setting is to override the thresholds. I drill down in the node and select the interface that is 'critical', then you should see 'edit interface' in the interface details:

Checked and there's no alert for that interface. But, I was able to speak to a SolarWinds expert and the 'interface downtime' widget is tied to the node interface(s) discards/errors/loss, etc. And since the polls are 9/min increments and based on the threshold settings, the interface may show as 'critical' based on…

@"stuartd" I don't see the API added to our SW dashboard. Sounds like I need to suggest we use the API vs the SNMP objects because the ciritcal state's don't correlate to Meraki's statuses. Thanks for your input!
