Right now, the node status is up, I have the node information as its Machine Type, Description, Operating Sysytem, IOS Image, etc., but what I don't have is the details on Disk Volumes like size, space used, the CPU Load and Memory Utilization, Average Response Time and Packet Loss.

I have over 200 switches which are being monitored perfectly on NPM, but these 2 are the first Servers (Windows OS). There are no firewalls blocking SNMP communications. And on the 2003 Server nodes, Windows SNMP has been configured. I will go ahead and try adding the Orion NPM server as a node and let NPM monitor it and…

Roger, They mentioned that NPM is not for the software side, and that I should use the APM for monitoring. That's why I posted my question here. Thanks though. Naghmeh

Thank you for the replies. The SNMP is enabled and I have the right community strings. So this means I need to apply one of the application monitors to the node in order to be able to communicate with it, right?

If it is the same version as the NPM I'm running, it's 9.1 SP5. I'm pretty new to both NPM and APM. I go to APM through the link from NPM Web Console.
