I received a reply from support regarding the ticket I opened on this. They say: "...this is a known bug. The tracking nos. for this bug is OO-14318. I never installed 2023.1 RC and went from 2022.4.1 to 2023.1 and unfortunately can report that the problem exists on my installation.
