  • I got the same error. Mine turned out to be the NCM Plugin Module. I uninstalled them and was able to proceed with the install. Thanks for the post. As you have found out Solar Winds support is not the speediest.

  • I can't get anything to work. TFTP or FTP. I'm running Orion NCM 5.0. If I use TFTP and the script in the manual.   • I believe I tried that. But I’m not sure if I put the blank line between the wr and Y when I tried it.Unfortunately I couldn’t wait for your response and saved the config on all the routers the old fashioned way so I’m unable to test your script. Mike

  • All I just upgraded to 9.5 and 5.5 and I'm having the same issues. I can see last config changes, but NCM Configuration history gets the specified credental are invalid on the NPM home page. Thanks Mike
