no MA5800 it's a new serie of devices and MA5600 line cards aren't compatible with it

SCUN card is a control card of MA5600 serie and it has got built-in uplink ports - but 1GE only. In case you need 10GE, you should buy additional uplink card.

You could also try to use universal - interoparable ONTs like EvoTech or others. I am using EvoTech UM806 ONT with my Dasan and Huawei OLTs (my OLTs aren't unlocked, but this ONT can work well with R16 sw at my HWTC OLT).
