I have some Vertiv (Liebert) GTX4 and GTX5 UPS that I an trying to monitor Battery remaining, Manufacture, firmware, date installed, etc. but none of the pollers seem to work. I just downloaded the latest MIBs from the Vertiv site but how can I get them to Solarwinds support to have them added to the MIB update install…

in You don't NEED a new mib for NPM to work. Everything will work without the specific mib file. But, it will sometimes be easier if you have the correct mib within NPM. Many mib's are already in NPM and new once are added every month. The process ca Comment by Meandog August 2023
