I just removed the linked client and will have the user give it another try, would deleting and recreating the tech account also be a possible solution.

They have a client account but it seems to continually linking it to the tech account, which normally doesn't effect our users but this one in particular.

I have one client account even after deleting the dupe it reappears the next day.

There are instances when tech account become client only accounts, would this cause a conflict, should the email be change on the tech account to prevent.

Hello, they are importing from Active Directory/LDAP. each day a batch of new user's is run creating new incoming client accounts, only certain client accounts seem to keep duplicating.

It seems like it is still not emailing a ticket once the client creates a ticket, upon review it is not showing up in their inbox in any folder, any other possible causes to look into?

Hello It shows the email are going through on WHD but the client is not receiving confirmation email upon ticket creation or when a ticket it been updated been occurring with multiple clients.

Do you know if 12.7.7 Version supports Modern Authentication email? We Upgraded Successfully but it still showing as Basic Authentication.

We Utilize PostgreSQL can we install the latest version of WHD on the new server and restore the back up from on older version of WHD or is it best to mirror the version on the new server first.
