Hi there-- Go ahead and open a support ticket here. In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics. M

Hello-- I Googled something like 'serial number nokia ip265 oid' and it brought up a MIB for the Nokia IP products: http://support.ipmonitor.com/mibs/NOKIA-IPSO-SYSTEM-MIB/tree.aspx The ipsoChassisSerialNumber Oid that I saw was 1.3.6.1.4.1.94.1.21.1.1.1 You could try using the Universal Device Poller in NPM to check that.…
