Hi DirtySouth-- Support has seen many instances where excluding these directories from AV scanning has definitely improved performance. I can't say for certain it's a best practice but I think it's worth examining. M

Hi Linc-- I checked on this and we currently don't have such a report, but you can use Report Writer and write your own SQL statements to do it. I'll mark this for the product manager so that he can log it as a feature request. Also, look at this post at and you can include your request for this report there. HTH, M

Hello-- If I understand what you are doing correctly, then the answer is unfortunately, no we don't. There's no login for the System Manager. That's under the purview of Microsoft/Windows adminstration. Am I understanding you correctly? M

Hi hhi-- If you are in a time crunch, open a support ticket here. In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics. M
