Papitts-- I found Jerry's old case in our support logs. The first fix was to upgrade to 10.0 SP1. If that doesn't fix it, Support gives further instructions, but unfortunately, Jerry did not report back with his final status so I don't know if they will work for you. What version of NPM are you running? M
