Netpath Is USELESS for any situation when a proxy redirect is used and a router in not under your control. this is the case for us and user traffic is not accurate when going out the default gateway
-
Has this been addressed in 2024.4rc If so how do i update what i have visibility to in the vWan because i still don see the EXPRESSROUTE Gateway or the VPN gateway in the vWan Hub
-
Need Visibility of Express Route and Vnet gateways in a Vhub hub not just in a Vnets I would also add better support in Azure GOV

Nice FInd It is a good overview. Beat the way i have been doing it by far It has my vote as a solution

Sometimes (most) I think the product feature request doesnt work to well. I have voted on requests the have been years old and still not even close to be implemented. So ConnorS68 thank you for posting it here to where it is useful to all Thwack members. go an put in the feature request we may see it fairly soon-ish since…

Put me on the list for this one Direct link when clicking on an item on the maps ot takes them to the complete list on NetPath Services and not just the on item The only right I have enabled on Directlink is they are allowed to disable an alarm

The most important part of THWACK is us, I go to it first and sometimes only. we can be more powerful than support, PLUS we get to find out we are not alone in our issues and share data on what has been tried. we probably do more for solving support issues than the support cases.

My case number has been closed for probably a year. Unlike hpstech i haven't given up (But was real close) i just put it aside and would touch on it between other issues and projects. I did have a breakthrough yesterday. I did the accept certificate and uncheck the Palo poling box and submit. it didnt work. I then tried…

I feel your Pain, but not quite there yet. Plus there are no usable Thwack custom pollers that are any good for the PANs and working this problem is a lot easier than trying to create custom pollers for SNMP
-
I had a case opened a while back their suggestion was to do an SNMPwalk and create custom pollers for the info i wanted to produce.

Has anyone figured this out. i have been fighting with this for a while. i even went and pulled the certs from the browser when logging into the web interface of the firewalls and importing them into my HCO on prem server. Palo Alto doesnt seem to play well with others (solarwinds) and their TAC is no help. Solar wasnt…

That is strange using an IP should bypass DNS. That is usually the test for DNS resolution IE: ping dns.google fails but ping 8.8.8.8 works (if ICMP is enabled), it is a DNS issue (another poor mans /goverment tools test). On the above test you set up NSlookup to not use your DNS settings and use the server you set. We use…

Also if the Above PowerShell command to port 53 fails "Test-NetConnection 8.8.8.8 -port 53 WARNING: TCP connect to (8.8.8.8 : 53) failed" The first place i would check is your firewall. Port 53 may be blocked except from your internal DNS server which will resolve the the NSlookup 8.8.8.8. you can also try doing…

The biggest most important benefit was the licensing, we are no a large shop but instead of having to manipulate which 500 out of 800nodes to monitor we went to 51 node to monitor. One 48port switch is now 1 node not 85. NPN was the first and most important to configure. the main gotcha with that was, switching the…

I was hoping for a forum from other users before taking this step. I have opened a ticket and will forward results and resolution here for other Thwack users
