So weird, in the preview it looks ok, except for the DHM showing up instead of the actual time. When I continue with it, it shows this below. Also I tried it just under custom query too and same result. Sorry I could be doing something completely wrong, I'm SQL illiterate, I just started down this path of trying out SQL…

This has been resolved in case# 00549194 . The issue was with the width/height of the widget not with the sizing of the background image. It confused us both. I have it working beautifully now, I withdraw my previous criticism of the product, it was user error.

Yeah everything broke when they moved thwack to a new platform. Its a shame, tons of knowledge lost.

I mean, i just don't feel like all that should be needed in this day and age right? Surely someone has a resolution to this that doesn't involve all that.

Yes, it didn't work because the device is behind a load balancer so the ip isn't the same as where the actual cert is hosted. 

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, that's what i was using and that limited the servers on the other tabs as well, which, I'm trying not to do.

Atlas maps should not be decommissioned. While Orion Maps are nice, the software is not up to where it needs to be to take over.
