• I would love to customize a new form based on the Type selected. That would be very useful.

• The "Type" field exists in the "New Ad Hoc Change" form. Maybe that should be changed to "Priority"? And then you can add the "Type" field to "Other Assets"?

• Nevermind. I found my mistake. I only imported my test group with 1 out of the 3 pieces of info needed for the discovery agent to recognize and not create a duplicate. I'm all set!
