No. Just that they trigger an alert on the console and are highlighted flashing under the 'Nodes with Problems' heading. It's more for the execs and people passing by than us and it looks (to those people) that there are problems when really there is not. M

We did want to monitor the ports just incase there was a problem, see how much traffic they're generating (I/O of the interface) and for many other reasons. I just wondered if there was a better way. If there's not then I guess we will have to live with it but it would be nice if it didn't generate a fault when it's not…
