  • Even if there was no prior alert "muting" does not always work. I've seen it both in our current NCM ver. 7.6 and prior. The only way to be sure is to unmanage.

  • 1 year later and we have the same issue both with volume and CPU and memory, some green when they should be red and visa-versa. Campy's response is not helpful in that we have "people" now using this tool who want to see the 'idiot panel' (green/red lights) and they expect these to show the correct and current status. This…
