  • Hi Arjun, I think that the alert was not working because you have not defined the custom poller. You can use OID but if you have not defined the polled, the value is not polled and the alert cannot be triggered.   • Hi, this is very odd. There could be more options what is wrong. The devices could report wrong data, caches could have impact to the transmit or something wrong could be in the charts settings.
