Hi. The extra characters only seem to appear if I publish a report and then open the CSV file in Excel. I'll raise a support ticket for both issues, thanks for looking. Lee.

Apologies for the duplicate post, I think my browser has issues... One of the reports with extra characters is Quick Reports > VM Ware ESX > Asset Info. This appears fine as HTML but has the | when viewed as CSV. Maybe the report is including some of the HTML in the text report? Lee.

To be honest, I'm looking to move the Profiler server to dedicated hardware (it's currently a VM) so may document the installation when I rebuild. I have the same issue with 2008 servers being reported as NT through Virtual Centre. I don't have the agent installed on any 2008 servers as yet so can't confirm if this is for VMs onle. Lee.

Hi, I think it was Profiler v4.5, it was whatever the last release was before STM. Any report on VMDK Files is empty, for example; Quick Reports > VMware VC > Storage > VMDK Files. The corresponding report for Virtual Disks is ok. Cheers, Lee.
