It's Ok now . It's working well. The solution was to do ur steps and than put the missing files into the Solarwinds website folder. These files were taken from the old one. Thank you for the solution!

I'm using the same version as you do. I have check on IE, it's still the same.Do you know where i could configure the charts so the X Axis Value could appear. What kind of solution can you propose me. Cause i'm thinking about reinstalling the application!

And for your information, i hope that would help you, the configuration wizard folder is not located in the windows regestry part . Can this cause the problem?

We installed on the NCM server. The load directly from Solarwinds site on the customer section !

I have finally make the NCM Configuration wizard Works. The process is to : * uninstall the NCM APplication * Export the Solardwinds.net folder that is in windows registry * remove the solarwinds.net folder in the windows registry * Delete the Solarwinds folder in the program files * reinstall the NCM Application * replace…
