This is frustrating. cannot search by any usable information. cannot edit the view to see by site or department. to ensure my printers are listed in there i must now search through a list of 1700 printers. any time frame on when this section of SWSD will get some attention?

I agree with this as we have sites that we add and remove and would like to keep the historical data but make the site not a choice in the drop down menu.

The Answer is: Go to Settings > Setup > Notifications from there enable "Task Created via Workflow" & "Task Created via Incident"
