Hello! Is there anyway to associate the incident number to the external survey results? We are using Microsoft Forms to do our surveys.

I have this exact same issue but with New Employee requests. It's almost like submitting a feature request is pointless, because you never hear back from them, or even feedback on how to overcome or workaround some of these non-available features.
