Hello! Is there anyway to associate the incident number to the external survey results? We are using Microsoft Forms to do our surveys.

I have this exact same issue but with New Employee requests. It's almost like submitting a feature request is pointless, because you never hear back from them, or even feedback on how to overcome or workaround some of these non-available features.

You would think..... it would be rather simple to implement.

Thank you! Automations were one of the major key elements for my workplace to move into this product. There is so much to learn, and more to build!

This is spot on, we want to move forward with implementing Problem Management, however after testing I noticed it can be a blackhole where problems can goto the grave.
