Ok I see it now. Well I checked everytihng, nothing is set to more than a minute. So I dont know. Maybe I should delete them and recreate and see what happens.

I appreciate the assistance, when i go into the alerts, i dont see any tabs. The poll interval is set to 1 minute. I dont see a trigger tab or trigger actions tab. Maybe I am looking in the wrong area?

Hello, I tried finding the mswinsck.ocx file and It doesnt seem to exist on our setup. Where should it be located? I searched the entire C drive with no luck. I also tried the syslog that came with the toolset and am still having the exact same issue.

Thats actually what I have been doing, but am having two issues. When I export the devices by group, they are not exporting correctly when I look at the file. All it shows is the folders of the groups. When I export them as just the devices, and try to import them into kiwi cattools I get Error:457 This key is already…

Well I looked at the alert settings and dont see delay settings and the poll interval is 60 seconds.

It must be something with our domain accounts. Very strange. The account only works if it has admin rights associated with its windows account.
