Don't forget to have a 3 AM friendly set of top ten issues (most common) and the solutions/steps available in a easily transportable format . use simple text files where possible since they can be read on any platform. I usually have all my cheat sheets that way so I can pull them up anywhere.

We have a little in the cloud..primarily a couple of SaaS offerings. Otherwise we are about 80% virtualized and are teetering on BYOD primarily with phones and tablets.

With all the great new features being added, the need for a data warehouse to keep long term metrics (without data being rolled up to averaged values) becomes more important. Lets show this idea some attention! #bumpsquad​
