how many organizations such as churches have an IT department ? The move to cloud appears to be a solution at the surface...but the deep underlying beast is lurking to make its presence known with no real admin to keep it in check.

could be...but if the team that asked you to delete a node comes back a day or three later and says they need it added back...then you've lost all that historic data. But of course at that time you should have a ticket to validate the original request and the subsequent loss of data. Still that shouldn't have to happen.

Good basic tips for small or home networks...I like to run a seperate guest network that cannot access the internal network for people over at the house.
