I have to strongly endorse this one - my users logon using their AD accounts, but the server puts their email address into their Username box and leaves the two email boxes empty. This usually prompts my CIO to understandably ask "What were they thinking?!", and all I can say is "Active Directory domains are pretty rare so…

I ran into this with Call Manger 6.1.1 servers. Here is how I enabled the MIB functionality: Our Cisco Call Manager version is actually 6.1.1, but I think the issue applies to earlier versions. To fix the issue: - Start the CCM web interface and logon with an administrative account - In the Navigation box in the top left…

Please update the product documentation to make it clear that Cisco WLCs are not supported. We believed you when it said "Monitors client statistics for Cisco and Avaya wireless APs" and purchased this module to monitor our new Cisco wireless implementations. Perhaps it would make sense to update the help text to accompany a change like this? It still just says "Use Domain\Username format" like it always has. Why not change that to "Use FQDN\Username format (e.g. solarwinds.com\jimbob)" so that admins have some clue of what is required, or do one step even better and just…

Thanks - that does indeed sort them all as desired. The All Nodes - Table resource is even more appealing, but like the All Nodes list does not appear to offer any way to configure a sort order so the nodes are listed in no particular order. Does anyone know of a way to add an ORDER BY SQL clause to the query being used on…

On Server 2003 do I need to grant specific permissions for WMI to monitor these counters? They all report unable to connect to the servers by WMI using a domain admin member account. Jeff
