justty, the answer is something I'm afraid the only solution for the problem. The point is that I have no admin access to all over 30 Dominos in our company. So simplest way seemed to be snmp approach from Orion. Finally I don't like to give up wyith Orion ;-)

Sounds much better than before

Customize menus is not a problem but my question was about tabs as HOME, NETWORK, APPLICATIONS etc. I'm afraid that they are bult-in module names which can be only displayed or not. There is no simple way by change ane settings to change those names but my hope was if anybody found tricky way to do it

The root cause was Windows firewall. I turned it OFF and then database config run as should.

Thanks Larry, that was not access rights issue but credentials to use for Report Scheduler need to have user profile created on the server. I mean when I created special user for reporting then it was necessary to log in as that user. Everything look ok then.

When adding from ADD NODE then of course same IP is not accepted but it happened because of changing polling type. At the beginning was WMI, then I changed to SNMP then installed agent. All those happened on Orion server. Result is that is see it doubled.

They have different Node IDs. I think it may happened when I installed agent except running WMI.

I'd suggest to check ports 161 and 162 if they are accessible on servers which not responding and firewalls/switches in between. Additionally try to setup SNMP on those servers to accept SNMP packets from any host (at least temporarily).

I'd consider to use Custom Properties to create and deploy more limitation for users. It would enlarge the ability of adressed limitation to particular users.

Unfortunately both solutions do not work. APMServiceControl works at localhost only. Itdepends on APMServiceControl.exe.config but practically I didn't see option to use dynamic destination server and services. PsService is better but it works only if I start it up from CommandPrompt window but not from Trigger Action tab…

My suggestion is to check out firmware on that node and update it if possble. Another idea is to unsign the poller and assign it back to the node.

I'm not sure if you want to track user accounts or chromebook devices. I suppose that you want to extract users' traffic if you posted in NTA discussion. I'd suggest to group all these users in one IP group then. Another idea is to combine NTA with UDT module - then you may trace traffic on exact devices & users... somehow
