RISK AND CONTROLObviously the DOD is ready to accept the risk as they just awarded Microsoft a $10B contract for colud computing. Only time will tell how bad the risk is when they are penitrated, not "if".

I have the same question. I was just informed having SQL user accounts to access SQL is a cat one security vilolation.
