My Co-Worker opened Case # 112232. We cleaned out the directory restarted the server, no jobs are running and we already have 8 gig in the directory and still growing. Noticed that the SWjobengineworker service is running at 40+% CPU, again no jobs are running

I too ran into the same problem. Instead of changing all of the them to Gig if you like you can add " InterfaceName not Like '*VLAN*' " under the edit function ( top 10 interfaces by % Utilization) under filter interface. This will take anything with the word VLAN out of the top 10 view. Makes the top 10 still usable…

One thing we are running into is if you have CEF enabled you will get flows from all CEF enabled interface. It doesn't matter if the interface has the ip route cache flow on the interface or not. Is there a fix? We are having the same problem NCM 5.5 it is killing our disk space within one day. Our directory is getting fill with over 58 Gig of data per day until NCM stops working. We didn't have this problem until the 5.5 upgrade. Thanks

Thanks for the info. Yes we are exporting 1 flow from each node. We have 4 NPM SLX's also running NTA, each SLX has been sized to manage about 1400 nodes. So once completed each SLX will have about 1400 flows going to it. Each SLX has a dedicated DB that is Fiber SAN attached. Anyhow, I'm going to just remove the Netflow…

Marie, Thanks for the feed back. What I really want to know is if you can is advanced alarming based off of Netflow data. I would be triggered from IP source and dest. port. Once I see this type of traffic on a interface Via flow data I wold like to send an Email. Thanks
