I would like to know if anyone has a workaround for this issue. It seems to be a no brainer to set the status of a denied ticket to "Not approved". I'm having this issue as well. We only require one approver to approve a ticket, but the ticket gets stuck in the "Pending Approval" status if it's denied.

What permissions would affect this? It seems like only Admins have access to these tabs, it would be nice for everyone to be able to use the tabs.

We are experiencing the same issue. Our current version is 12.7.9 - Build #12.7.9.8603. Have you found a resolution to this issue? I would like to know if others are also experiencing it.
