I am going to try and replace the JetDirect Card and see if it fixes the issue. I will post if that solves the issue.

The printers are installed correctly. I have hardcoded the printer i/o rate and verified the settings. I have even configured the cisco port as well. If there is any other place to check on the device please let me know and I will chase it down.

It is 1st showing up in the event log as an alert. When I check the node it show up under the Average Response Time & Packet Loss guage and in the the detail history of that node.

OPen the Alert Manager, Select the Alert you want to modify, click edit, the 6th tab should say "Trigger Actions". That is what I think he meant. It is where I found my answer at least. Hope that helps.

I download the MIBs from above. Does anyone have MIBs fro Dell Optiplexs, Dell Poweredge Severs, and Dell Printers? I can Provid specific models if need be or if someone has a template I can fill out for these i would be grateful.

The Hp Printers are an HP-4300 with a Jectdirect 615N and a HP 4650dn with a Jectdirect 620n. Both have been set to 100 full duplex.
